December 6 th , 2021The Vinexposium group ramped up a new version of its digital portal Vinexposium Connect to maximise the scope of its physical events. It now provides a greater service to the industry 365 days a year, across the entire globe. In 2022, through a partnership with Wine Australia, the portal will welcome 500 Australian wineries and roll out a series of online masterclasses which highlight Australia’s diverse regions and wine styles.

Vinexposium Connect’s new online producers & products catalogue gives trade buyers from around the world a unique access to international wines & spirits. Since it was launched in October, 2,000 messages have been exchanged between buyers and producers. With Wine Australia’s upcoming strong presence, the Vinexposium Connect community will reach 3,000 producers presenting their company. Simultaneously, the portal will offer a content hub with exclusive articles and eventful live sessions with webinars, conferences and masterclasses.

The partnership with Wine Australia brings a program of regional conversations, masterclasses and discussions on topical regional themes, specific styles and insights into what’s shaping Australian wine internationally. Each session will feature Australian winemakers, influencers and guest MCs. The live, virtual sessions will take place from March – June 2022 and participants will need to register ahead of time, particularly for masterclasses offering samples.
