This session is part of a serie called : 'Time for a trip to the Loire Valley: Tuesday, market day in the Loire Valley to discover its diversity, its richness', presented by Elizabeth Gabay.

Elizabeth has been in the wine trade since 1986, when she started a business selling the wines of south-eastern France to the UK market. She became a Master of Wine in 1998 and moved to south-eastern France in 2002. Based between Provence and Liguria, she continues to explore and work in Provence, whilst also working extensively with the wines of Central Europe. Elizabeth wrote the book “Rosé: Understanding the Pink Wine Revolution” in 2018, the definitive guide on rosé wine, aimed at wine professionals. She writes extensively, teaches, is president of the International Rosé Competition and helps producers develop their rosé wine businesses.
